How often do you get new plants?

We stock new plants 2-3 times/month. All of our plants are hand-picked which helps ensure quality (i.e. free from pests and disease) emphasizing our role as a curated plant shop.

Can you find a plant for me?

We love hearing your houseplant wishlist. While we do our best to track down what you’re looking for, rare & tropical plants may take much longer to find or have limited seasonal availability.

Can I put an item on hold?

At this time, we are unable to hold any item(s) longer than 24 hours without a paid invoice. We can invoice you via email and you can prepay to pick up your item(s) within 72 hours.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee healthy, thriving plants at the time of purchase. All plants and pots are non-returnable. Additional items may be returned  with receipt for a store credit only. Note: items must be in sealed/unused condition.

Can I book a private workshop?

We accommodate private events as often as possible. We require at least 6 weeks notice along with a non-refundable deposit to secure your selected date. Please call us for more information.

Are gift certificates available?

Yes! Gift certificates can be purchased in person at our shop in any denomination.

Do you offer potting/repotting?

Potting & repotting services are available for items purchased within our shop only. Note: these services are on a "while you wait" basis, not during peak hours or weekends. Please call ahead for availability and pricing. [732-812-0554]
